Antique Homespun Linen Ditty Bag--Crewelwork (?) Decor

Offered is a wonderful antique homespun cotton--linen ditty bag that measures 13.5 inches long from top to bottom including its handle by 9.75" wide from side to side on its bottom.  The top opening of the bag measures 6.5" in diameter.  The piece is in great condition...I see some very light darkening around the bag's drawstring top (pic. # 2)....I also see a small just under quarter inch spot on the back of the bag...The bottom edge shows some age yellowing, and I also see minor color change on the piece's rope handles...Otherwise, I see no additional stains, holes, tears, repairs, rips, signs of excessive use or abuse or damages of any kind on the early bag.  The piece is made from a rough nobbly linen cotton homespun blend (pic. # 6), and the lovely embroidery work on its front side reminds me very much of crewelwork.  I see that the design is outlined in a dark brownish black shade, and I also note that the threads used to create the motif appear to be hand-twisted.  The threads feel like silk or very fine yarn.  I also see that the bag is stitched together by hand...I note fairly irregular stitching on the piece's inside seams.  No Reserve.  Please don't hesitate to E-Mail with any questions.  Thanks and Good Luck.
