I bought this at an estate sale and know little about it. It is a Japanese Samurai (possibly Chinese) painting on what appears to be old parchment paper, the paper is rough at the edges, particularly in the bottom left corner, where is has deteriorated a little. There is a sparkly gold material used in the lines on the Samurai's robe, the artwork has no wear or damage to it, it is under glass in a wood frame, the exterior faux wood covering on the frame has come off in spots, the framed piece measures approx. 18" X 13".
