I am offering a very nice antique Kitchen Clock.I am not sure who the maker is ,there is no paper label on the back and I do not see any makers mark on the movement. It appears to have the original glass. It is in working condition. It has a very nice finish,I am not sure if original or not.It comes with original key and pendulum.I beleive the wood is walnut. It measures 24 in. tall by 13 in. wide approx.Overall a very nice clock. On Nov-03-09 at 09:36:59 PST, seller added the following information: I have been running the clock and it does appear to keep time. However when it strikes the hour it does so about 10 minutes to each hour.I am not a clock person so I am unsure what this is about.I am sure some type of adjustment to the movement would do the trick. It does strike on the hour and not the half hour. The face of the clock is very nice,I am sure at some point in time someone has had it reconditioned. The pendelum has a picture of either a church on it or an castle I am not sure. On Nov-04-09 at 11:00:23 PST, seller added the following information: I was emailed by a clock person and he said it was a matter of adjusting the hands. The clock has been running now for a 24 hr. period and keeping time. |
