Antique Kroeber Small Black Iron Shelf Mantel Clock

Polished black iron shelf mantel clock made by Kroeber Clock Co. Smaller footprint of 12-3/4 inches wide x 9-3/4 inches high. All original with unusual large (door knocker style) lion heads on each side. Embossed brass face is very clean. 8-day movement is signed Kroeber on the inside of the movement behind the dial. Clock has been completely serviced and is in excellent working condition. 2-sided key and pendulum included. These iron clocks are hard to find in this size and in this exceptional condition. Just a few minor paint wear spots. Nice cathedral gong chimes on the hour and half hour. Circa 1900.

PA residents please add 6% sales tax. We ship USPS Priority Mail and also USPS ground if there is a savings to the customer. Payment must be received within 7 days or item will be relisted.
