 Description Shipping and payments
This is an early, black colored ladies hat. The hat is constructed of black wool felt and the outer edge is trimmed with black velvet. The hat measures about 15" in diameter. It is decorated with black ostrich feathers and yellow colored, velvet flocked flowers that look like daisies. Diameter inside the hat is about 5 1/2". Loose threads on the top of the hat lead me to believe that some flowers or ribbon might be missing. There are dried mildew stains on the hat and it is somewhat misshapen and fragile.
