Canada's Maritime Provinces

Provenance The Universal Atlas Including Country and Railroad Maps of the United States, etc.
Published New York:  Dodd, Mead & Company. 1892. These maps are from the actual atlas and are 116 years old.
Size / Format Map: 10.5" x 8.25" (26.9 cm x 21.1 cm)  / Sheet: 12.5" x 10" (32 cm x 25.6 cm) Printed on one side only. Center Folded. 0.75" + (2 cm+) margins on all sides.
Condition Excellent. There is no foxing and there are no tears whatsoever.  The quality of printing is excellent. Very slight, even age toning to sheet edges.
Remarks

Unlike most American-published atlases of the late 19th century, the maps in The Universal Atlas are printed on one side only, and were 'tipped in' so that double-page maps could be easily removed intact.  

Most maps are double-page with a fold in the center. The population of each province, state, or territory, county by county, is given on the back of each map, as seen in the example below:
