Antique Meissen Ewer OVER 2 FT TALL Cherubs Late 1800s

What we have for auction this week brought to you by the Grand Antique Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio is this HUGE Fabulous Antique Meissen Ewer - signed with the cross swords mark.

This is an absolute show piece.

Circa late 1800's, possibly early 1900's.

Measures 29 1/2" tall x 12" wide (widest point) and 11" diameter base.

Outstanding condition - one small repair at top (see photo). One cherub foot on base has a factory crack with small factory cracks around the base. The gold paint around the base also wear. See photos for more details - I can email more photos upon request as well. Note - photo of bottom cross sword mark did not show up very well - but it is there (guaranteed).

All cherubs are complete showing excellent detail with no missing limbs. The applied flowers are in very good condition as well. They appear to be all complete. If there is any damaged flowers, it is almost undetectible.

THE MARK IS DULL BUT IF IT TRULY IS MEISSEN IT IS MARCOLINI 1774-1814 OR THE DOT PERIOD 1732-1773. IT LOOKS TO ME TO BE AN ASTERISK BETWEEN THE HILTS WHICH WOULD MAKE IT MARCOLINI.
