IT IS IN GREAT SHAPE I REPLACED THE HANDLE IT WAS BROKE & PUT THE CAST IRON BALL BACK ON THE END IT HAS BEEN REPAINTED & READY TO GO IT IS FOR DISPLAY OR TO USE I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE INSIDE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO GET A FOOT VALVE. IT IS 48 INCHES TALL YOU CAN ADJUST THE BASE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT SHORTER OR TALLER. SEE PICS FOR DETAIL.
