For your consideration an ornate antique Regulator calendar wall clock. Fresh from a local estate. The clock is in great condition. The case is made of solid oak and ornately carved on the top, bottom and door. The wood is in good condition. There is a small piece of wood missing off the bottom. I am not sure who made this clock. The name has been whited out on the dial and I think the dial has been replaced with a newer one. The clock has one wind hole. The spring winds up good and is not broken. A key is included with the clock. The top and bottom glasses in the door are both good and look to be old and original. The bottom glass is marked REGULATOR. The door has two hooks to hold it shut. The pendulum is very heavy. It weighs almost 2 pounds. I ran the clock for about an hour and it kept good time. The clock measures 38" in height by 18" in width by 5" in depth. I would say this clock is from the late 1800's judging by its style. I am sure you clock guys out there what maker this is. An excellent addition to any vintage clock collection or if you just want to own a neat old wall clock. I am selling this item with no reserve.
