Payment

If buying more than 1 item or lot for sale at the same time,  we will be glad to combine orders to save you on postage, if feasible. Please wait for a second invoice directly from us prior to paying to receive your savings.

Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal. If you pick up the item at our office in Ft. Myers Florida, other forms of payment accepted.

Please make your payment within 5 calendar days of end of sale. If not paying within 48 hours, please have the courtesy of letting us know when payment is to be expected. Should we not receive payment or hear from you within 7 calendar days, we will ask eBay to send you a final invoice. Since we are not normally the owners of these items, we have to make sure we pay our consignors in a timely fashion. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to someone other than you, please provide their name and address when paying for both our protections. We must ship only to the address listed with your payment.

Shipping

Unless otherwise shown, we use calculated shipping to provide the best possible price. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to use eBay's shipping calculator for an exact S/H charge to the United States and International destinations. We will send you a new invoice for combined shipping and for multiple boxes. So, please ignore the automatic one from eBay.

Please provide us a street address for any items being shipped UPS as they will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Sometimes, we can only estimate the weight and size of box for shipping in the listing. Should the actual shipping and handling charges be less than what is paid, we will gladly refund the difference via PayPal.

We also include a minimal handling fee of $1.00 for domestic and $2.00 for international shipping. May be slightly more for large and/or bulky packages, dishes, or multiple boxes. If combined shipping is possible, we will only charge this once per box. Believe us, this usually does not cover our expenses. However, we do not want to scare you off with high shipping costs either as so many others do. We do our own packing, therefore you are still paying less than if we used a shipping service. Although, for more delicate and/or difficult items such as framed art, we will use a packing service.

Most all packages will be insured. This cost has been added to the handling charges.

For items with a value of $250.00 USD or more, in addition to proof of delivery, we must provide proof of signature from the recipient. This proves that the item was delivered to you. This fee will be included in your total shipping and handling charges.

For larger items such as furniture and artwork that cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS, we can get you in touch with an inexpensive local mover or you can call a freight company of your choice. Please call or e-mail us for a S/H quote and be sure to include your zip code and city to which the item needs to be delivered.

We try very hard to have your items packed for safe delivery. As hard as we try, sometimes an item will be damaged in transit. We insure all packages for both of our protection. Should your item arrive damaged, please keep everything intact for the carrier's inspection and contact us immediately so that we may file a claim on your behalf.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. So, please allow ample delivery time based on the shipping calculator chart below and adding in the handling time before being concerned that your item is lost. For example - UPS Ground takes 1-6 business days. Since we are in the lower part of Florida, most areas should figure 6 days plus 2 weekends from the day we ship. Although we allow for 3 business days for handling time, we try very hard to get your package to the carrier within 1 business day.

You may also pick up your item at our office in Ft. Myers, Florida at no additional charge.

International Buyers:

For larger items, we can ship air freight to your local airport. Please provide us your city and postal code for a quote.

Please be aware that you will be responsible on your end for any taxes, duties, surcharges, etc. that your country may impose. These charges are based on the exact price you have paid for our item. We will not alter your price or show as gift for customs as this is a crime and against eBay policies.

Internet Guy Enterprises is not usually the owner or seller of these item(s). We are a consignment store acting on behalf of the seller in order to facilitate the sale of their item(s). We use our best efforts to carefully inspect each item, write appropriate descriptions, and provide many clear photos at different angles that depict the items' condition at the time of the sale. Since we are not experts or do not have intimate knowledge of these items, we rely on the information provided to us by our consignors, the internet, and other eBayers that we put in our descriptions. We make no expressed or implied warranties on any item. We suggest that you ask as many questions as needed prior to bidding to be comfortable in your decision on purchasing any of our items. Also, feel free to contact us if you believe that there is any incorrect information in our description. We will display your remarks so that bidders and potential bidders can review them to make an informed decision.
