Wonderful Early Quilt
In VERY GOOD SHAPE !
Features a 8 star pattern with a Calico back ,
If you LOVE Old Blue Calico this is the quilt for you !
The pattern features 8 stars across and 8 stars down .
With a total of 64 stars .
In between every star is dotted matching Blue Calico .
The fabrics all date to the 1880's to early 1900's .
She was quite the artist ,
as the fabric she used in her quilts Are just amazing ..
The Quilt is all hand stitched and Quilted .
Stitching is approx. 5 to 6 stitches per inch .

80'' x 80''
CONDITION:
This quilt is over a 100 years old and in VERY GOOD SHAPE .
I found Very few flaws in this quilt ..
The quilt is soft and has been used .
(See the photos below for close up shots )
Their is one star with worn shredded fabric .
Also the Green calico fabric has some minor fade .
Their is one patch that needs a few stitches .
The very egdes of the quilt has light wear .
There are very few tiny age spots .
These are very light and very few .
They are so minor I could not get them to show
up in a photo .
Just wanted to note them as they are there ..
The quilt does have a light scent of days gone bye ..
Nothing strong just a very light storage scent .
That would be expected out of a quilt over a 100 years old ..
