Antique Pyrene Brass Fire Engine Extinguisher

Solid brass painted red. Weighs about 11-1/2 lbs. Measures 18” tall and about 5” in diameter. 200 psi gauge shows there is no pressure, though there may be an insignificant water residue present. Schrader valve for pressurizing. Was told this was used on a fire engine. Rubber hose is not cracked, seems to be in working condition with a little cleaning.
