1902 Antique Upright Piano in Excellent Condition!

This 1902 Piano was restored, with the following items being done: 

  • repining piano
  • new felts & regulating
  • new bridle straps
  • new key tops
  • 3 broken hammers replaced
  • hammer-carding
  • action tightening 
  • stripping of piano
  • replating pedals
  • new bass strings
  • 3 new casters

Bit of history about Company that made this actual piano....

Morris Piano Co. Ltd, Est 1891 by Morris, Field and Rogers in Listwel Ontario, Canada. The original name was Morris, Field & Rogers Piano Co. In 1904 the firm was reorganized as Morris Piano Co. Ltd. After a fire in 1908, the factory was rebuilt and renamed Morris & Karn Piano & Organ Co. Ltd. In 1924, the members of the firm decided to cease operations, a brief revival in 1926 occurred but all production stopped by 1928.

We are unsure of the year this piano was actually made but it does have a serial #9280 on it. We have another piano that we use and do not have use for two. This is an excellent piano not only in condition, but it is a beautiful piece of furniture to add to any home.

NOTE:  This item is sold with the intent that the buy will assume responsibility for pick-up and delivery. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Location of pick-up is Newmarket, Ontario - Canada $500.00 Deposit required before pick-up through PayPal, the balance is then due at pick-up.
