Have had a lot of people ask for photo of the movement and I finally have a moment to snap a a few pictures and post them. Movement IS a Seth Thomas I.D. movement and looks original to case. No breaks or repairs noted to case, only "flaw" I do see is a small nibble to very peak and can easily be stained (as shown in photo).
Here we have an Antique SETH THOMAS Parlor clock. This clock is in VERY nice condition with a very solid and repair free
oak case. Inside case is Seth Thomas Label. Believe this model to be the NEW YORK of the college series edition. Nice original
seth thomas pendulum. The dial pan carries a marked "Seth Thomas" stenciled dial face and looks original. This clock has the
alarm feature which rings on a brass bell. The gong to mark hours and half hours is an Seth Thomas marked gong. I see nothing
on this clock that does not look to be original. Estimated age... circa 1900. Clock Runs and Strikes as it should but Is
being sold as is due to shipping as I have no control over its care although I package very safely.
Dimensions as follow: Height 23" Width 14"
