Gemstone Bracelet

Description:

Spectacular antique bracelet lavished with genuine gemstones. This is a very old bracelet and is handcrafted. The large genuine gem stones are bezel set in silver tone metal with twisted wire and small beaded balls. The bracelet has a Etruscan feel with the intricate beaded design.  I am not sure of the name of the gem stones, perhaps a mixture of agate and jasper??

A very interesting old bracelet. Big, chunky and unusual. 

Measurement:

Each oval link measures 1-3/8 inch long by 1 inch wide by 5/16 inch thick.  

Bracelet measures 7 inches long.

Heavy bracelet. Weighs 91.2 grams.

Hallmark:

No hallmark. Metal is some sort of silver plating over copper or brass. The copper and brass color can be seen on the plating wear on the links. Please see photos below.

Condition:

The hook clasp is bent to the side, but holds well. Since bracelet is handmade, it is not perfect. There are 2 missing beaded balls on the side. I didn't notice it until I inspected it closely. There is split on one of the seems of the bezel setting (see photos below). Otherwise, bracelet is in good condition. Very nice vintage patina. In its original found condition, I have not cleaned or polished bracelet.
