About MeMY SELLING POLICY

This is a beautiful and unusual Antique Boxed Art Nouveau Serving Set.  It consists of a  Flat Bladed Rounded Knife and a Large Serving Spoon.  Each piece has a very ornate Art Nouveau pattern to the handles (both sides of the knife, and just the front of the spoon) which then continues down to  both sides of the blade of the knife and into the bowl of the spoon.    They are of a good guage and are very heavy and they come in their original purple lined box  

 Identifying Marks:  The spoon bears the marks very clear marks of "L & W (a sort of star shape) & S" which could possibly denote George Stadford Lee & Henry Wigfull and date them between 1879 - 1898.  The spoon has "Rd 378292" and the Knife "Rd 578435" 

Dimensions:   The knife is 11 inches long and the blade 6 inches long and 1.25 inches wide.  The spoon is 9.5 inches long and the bowl 3.25 inches long and just under 2.5 inches wide at its widest part.  They weigh a total  of 262g 

Condition:     They are in very good condition with just some very light surface scratching which is only to be expected on metal items, but this is very minor.  The box too is in good condition inside and out

Remarks:     This really is a beautiful and unusual antique boxed silver plated Art Nouveau serving set
