We send your treasures out via USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation. I am either out buying merchandise or listing items 5 days per week. I ship the other 2 days, so depending on when you pay, it may be 3-4 days before your item(s) ship. Know that when we do ship, if you pay through Pay Pal, you will receive an auto email notifying you that your item(s) have shipped, along with your confirmation # for tracking purposes.

We take great care in the packaging of your item(s). They are put in a padded envelope and placed inside a high quality jewelry gift box and jewelry bag for extra protection.

We proudly offer International Shipping for a fixed $16.00 to Canada and a fixed $20.00 for all other International Destinations. Sent Priority International Mail Shipping. We are also proud to offer combined shipping on all international shipments. Same combined shipping policies as U.S. shipments apply (Up to 3 items). After 3 items, it's an additional $1.00 per item. Postal or Money orders must be in US dollars and drawn from a US Bank.

Tracking International shipments has become problematic occasionally and the prices quoted above do not include insurance...so international buyers assume all risk unless I am specifically emailed for an insured shipping quote and it is added in the payment.

This is one we take very seriously. Here's the deal. Should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason, take comfort in this; You will receive 100% of your money back less Shipping and Handling! There is absolutely 0% risk in buying from me. If you do business with me, you'll be doing business with someone who is honest, first and foremost, and someone who will always put the customer first! I simply ask that you notify me via email within 2 days of you receiving the item you are not happy with, (item # and reasoning included) and that you ship the item back to me no later than 2 days after the email notification. That way I have the return in my hands by day 7 after you originally received it. Fair enough?

I have developed a solid network that helps me find unique estate jewelry pieces all over the country. Sometimes I buy and list 100's of pieces at a time, sometimes one piece. Because I am buying and listing and shipping so many items all at the same time, hopefully you can appreciate the fact that an occasional listing error is can be made. I list every item to the best of my knowledge, based on a couple of things. The opinion of my gemologist and I, in addition to where and from whom I bought it. In the rare instance we have a listing error on an item, we offer the above mentioned return policy for peace of mind.

All payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made by contacting me. We prefer Pay Pal, which accepts All Major Credit Cards. We also accept Cashier Checks and Money Orders.**PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ITEM NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT**
