This is a tremendous find, an antique sterling silver business card holder. It is monogrammed on the front with HCS and has a lovely etched floral design. It is stamped the lion indicating sterling and also with an anchor, a c and a crest as well. It measures about 3 x 1 ½ inches and looks great! It is slightly curved and closes tightly. Very nice and a great present for the holidays!

It might need some polishing, but otherwise is in excellent condition!

CHECKOUT

Winning Bidders will receive the checkout page in the form of an email, marked 'Congratulations'. This email will be sent from the email address 'syes@mailstep.com' (if you have a junk/bulk mail filter, please add this email address to your acceptable senders list). In the event that a bidder wins an auction after 5pm on a Friday, we will contact that bidder with the appropriate information the following Tuesday.

Therefore, any emails sent to us over the weekend should be responded to on the following Wednesday, as well.

Each winning bidder should receive an email with the appropriate checkout information attached the a day or two after the auction has closed. (exceptions are auctions ending on Fridays or on weekends; these winners should receive an email on the following Wednesday).

Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your business, as well as your patience.

We do ask winners to at least let us know whether your shipping address is a residential or business address, by leaving a short note in the 'Message to Seller' section of the checkout page. This helps to mark packages accordingly.

SALES TAX

If you are a California resident, you MUST add sales tax to your merchandise purchase. The ONLY exceptions are for customers who can provide a valid California Resale Number, or are shipping their merchandise to a location outside of California. Residents of all other States are considered exempt from this policy.

INQUIRIES

We warmly welcome all bidders to inquire about any and all our items. We want you to feel secure and satisfied with your decision to bid on and purchase our merchandise. We do make strong attempts to answer all questions within 24 hours of receiving them. Weekends are exceptions to this policy, as SYES is considered closed on weekends.

If you inquire about shipping costs, please understand our reply will only include an estimated cost (including our handling fee). The estimate is NOT a quote, and is subject to change upon close of the auction. We are open Wednesday Through Saturday.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We do charge a basic handling fee for each item (or combined items) sold in addition to actual shipping charges. This basic fee is based upon packaging and materials used to secure the merchandise.

If you would like the package insured, please let us know.

If you win multiple auctions, we will automatically combine the auction items you've won. We will combine purchases up to and within two weeks of your first auction won.

Please note all international packages will be shipped out on the Monday following payment.
