Very nice old stoneware jug in very good condition.  Has an applied handle, and in blue reads Prov. PUB. MARKET CO. PROV. R.I.  It measures 12" tall by 8" wide.  It shows one hairline, and some airbubble pops, but these look like they were due to manufacturing.  I do not feel any chips.  Please see the pictures, and feel free to ask questions, as I am not an expert in this catorgory.  See my other auctions for other stoneware jugs. A: Hi, I have seen many turned into lamps. You definately could with this one. Would have to drill a hole into it.
