Antique Tapestry Horse & Rider ~Fringe ~Rare ~Unusual

Up for your consideration a rare and unusual tapestry. The tapestry is a picture of a galloping horse and rider.
The fringe feels course. Very unusual.
The tapestry is 16 X 16 inches. The fringe is 3 inches long and surrounds the 4 sides of the tapestry.
I have found no holes or tears in the tapestry.
Normal wear for the age of the fabric.
Overall excellent condition.
