Antique Typewriter Stenograph Bartholomew 1879 1882 OLD

This auction is for this Bartholomew Stenograph shorthand typewriter.

This machine is in great cosmetic condition.

The paint is in better condition than others like this I have seen, however

the paint is flaking a little in the middle, front of the brass frame, and a

little spot on the right side of the bridge.

I am sure the rubber and the ribbon are dried after all these years.

As far as the mechanical condition, it appears to be complete and not

damaged, the only thing I noticed is the middle key, that extends out

the farthest, seems a little loose compared to the others. Operationally,

I know nothing about this so if you have any other questions about it,
