Antique USA POISON bottle w/ embossed 1894 date

A 4" tall aqua-glass square-shaped antique POISON bottle.  It is fully covered with sharp hobnailed patterns on two sides and also has an embossed 1894 date.

• Embossed:  VAPO-CRESOLENE CO. / PAT'D US JUL 17, 94 ENG JUL 23, 94 = as in 1894.
  

• Condition:   Bottle has uniform etched stain, NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.

• Age:  An ABM cork-top bottle, ca. early 1900's.

• Shipping: Buyer pays $5.01 S/H which includes $1.75 for insurance ~ more if international - We ship every Wednesday. So if you pay with PayPal by Tuesday evening, we will ship your item Wednesday. Bottle is pictured in Rudy Kuhn's book on antique poison bottles, # KS-14.  These old poison bottles usually were blown in an odd shape, color, or, like this one, with hobnails, so that they would not be mistaken for another product.  We've seen these Vapo Cresolene bottles with full labels, and the labels clearly state in large print, "POISON".  A nice bottle with the embossed 1894 date, check it out!
