This old Christian Bible is brown leather bound with gold lettering on the spine. Measures10 X 17, 4 inches thick.Titled Brown’s Bible.
It is in good condition.The front and back covers have detached, but the pine is still holding tight.The first few pages are missing
as are the last few, but every Bible book from Genesis to Revelations is complete and still attached. This Bible is filled with old wood engravings. The title page is missing, but this old book was published, printed and bound in the late 18th century or early 19th century. This Bible pre-dates printing techniques used beginning in the 1830’s. This is a beautiful old family Bible.
