Customer Service and eBay Selling Policies

Your eBay bid is a binding legal contract and is subject to all terms and conditions, including the more extensive and complete version located on my About Me page and incorporated herein. You actively agree to all these terms by placing a bid, an offer or purchasing any of my items. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms and conditions.

I am an eBay Trading Assistant and many of the items I sell are on consignment from my clients. I sell a very wide variety of items and therefore cannot be a expert on everything I sell, but items are described to the best of my ability. If you have any questions or concerns about an item I'm selling, please ASK QUESTIONS Before bidding! I will respond within 24 hours or less, if possible.

Because of eBay's insurance restrictions, internal political unrest and/or US economic and trade sanctions against some countries, I am no longer able to ship to any of the following countries. Please do NOT bid if your shipping address is in any of these areas: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola (including Cabinda), Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Chechnia, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea - Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Paraguay, Qatar, Rwanda, Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan), Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Venezuela, and Yemen or to any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. If your shipping address is outside these few restricted areas, I am happy and more than willing to ship to you.

International shipments must be paid via PayPal only.  I do NOT ship packages of ANY value via International First Class Mail for security reasons. All items valued at under $250.00 USD are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. If your item is valued at $250.00 USD or more, based on final sales price, I can only ship via USPS International Express Mail  or United Parcel Service (UPS) with a signature required for delivery (with an additional carrier fee of $2.35). Please bid accordingly.
International buyers are responsible for any possible applicable customs or import costs including but not limited to tariffs, taxes (VAT etc.) and duties as requested by your respective country laws. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
There may also be import restrictions into your home country, such as value limits or restricted items like gold, silver, jewelry or precious metals. Please check for any that may apply to you from this transaction prior to bidding as I have no knowledge of or control over these factors and it is impossible for me to be an expert on every country. These restrictions are your responsibility. I am an honest person and obey the law, therefore I do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price or mark items as gifts nor will I falsify contents or value on Customs paperwork. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Due to a fraudulent buyer/thief, we no longer accept bids of any kind from buyers with Private Feedback. We also do not accept bids from brand-new eBay members with less than 10 feedback. If you have private feedback and wish to bid on any of our items, please unhide your feedback before bidding. If you bid or win with private feedback or less than 10 feedback, it will be considered 'Unwelcome Bidding' and cancelled with eBay's blessing. Violating the Unwelcome Bidding policy can result in the cancellation of your account.

In an effort to allow all bidders fair and equal access to my items and prevent the unfair use of sniping technologies, on occasion, I will end items early and either sell to the highest bidder at the time or relist them. I will do this randomly so you will never know which items will end early. Please do not wait and plan to use sniping technology to win my items as they may no longer be available. Instead, please place your maximum bid NOW! eBay will proxy bid on your behalf and will only use the minimum portion of your bid necessary to win. By bidding now, you guarantee you will have the opportunity to purchase the item at a price you are willing to pay if I choose to end the auction early in order to sell to the current high bidder. Wait until the last minute and it may already be gone!

Due to the nature of antiques and collectibles, some imperfections are a natural part of the beauty of these objects. Therefore, ALL antiques or vintage items and all jewelry are sold in "AS-IS Where-IS" condition due to the inherent age and wear in all pre-owned items. There are NO returns on these types of items. All jewelry sales are Final.
Not all items are eligible for returns. I offer a 3-day store credit return on most items for purchase price only when eligible item is returned in original, documented, resalable condition, less a very low 10% restocking fee to partially offset the additional costs incurred when accepting returns. Items may not be returned without cause. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for returns. I do not issue "cash" or money-back refunds under any circumstances. All returns are for store credit only! I cannot refund shipping charges as they have already been spent on your behalf and at your request. Please contact me before returning any items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
