Antique Victorian Satin Glass Draped Cruet

This is a very unique very old cruet without a stopper or pitcher.I have not been able to track down the maker.The glass is all satin blown with deep blue drapes and a clear applied handle,also satin.The glass is somewhat thick and it stands on a 2 inch clear satin glass foot.The cruet measures 6 1/2 inches tall.

There are no chips cracks flakes or repairs.The bottom does have a pontil mark.
