Ornate Antique Victorian Silver Calling Card Compact Case

You are bidding on a Gorgeous Victorian Era Calling Card / Vanity Case I purchased at an Estate Auction .  I Believe it to Circa mid to late 1800s.  I have not attempted to Clean this Piece as Many People Prefer the Patina of Old Silver. This Piece appears to be Silverplate.

This Case Measures Approximately 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" Across and a Little Under 1/4" Thick  ~ The Chain Handle Measures about 12 3/4" Long.  It Features an Urn of Flowers on One Side ~ The Other Side is Monogrammed "LP"

There is a Ding at the Bottom (The Side with the Urn of Flowers)   The Top Shuts Firmly and Securely.  Overall, a Wonderful Old Victorian Collectible!
