Very Good Condition considering its age! Very Sturdy. The seat cushion may need to be replaced due to its age and the fabric does have a lot of dust and usage wear. The wood on the legs have scratches. The buttons seem to be all accounted for. Chair measures 43" tall, 31" wide, and 31" deep.
