* When paying by credit card, your ship to address must match the shipping address associated with your credit card.
* If you wish to have a ship to address other than your credit card billing address, such as a gift address, please call the customer service number on the back of your credit card. Have the card issuing bank list your new "Ship To" address in the comments or notes of your account. Then, call us to provide the toll-free number on the back of your credit card so we can call your credit card to verify your new ship to address. This procedure is for YOUR protection, as only you will be able to add this information to your account. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address.

We do not accept payments from account holders with unconfirmed addresses. If you have an unconfirmed address, you must use Paypal Buyer Credit in order to make a payment. If your purchase is valued over $10,000, Paypal will not accept single transactions. You must make multiple transaction up to $10,000 each.
LAYAWAY We offer you the convenience to make your purchase through our Layaway Plan. A twenty five percent (25%) deposit of the purchase price is required to hold your item. Subsequent payments must be paid every two - four weeks and must be paid in full within two months (60 days) from the initial deposit date. We can also arrange that your credit card be automatically charged per a mutually agreed schedule. Terms for items put on layaway are as follows: Any payments made are 100% refundable for up to 30 days after the first payment. After 30 days, all layaway items are final sales.
SHIPPING All items over $1000 receive free insured 2 day shipping via Fedex, items under $1000 will receive free 2-3 day US Postal Service First Class shipping. International shipping may incur additional charges depending on the negotiated sale price. International shipping is available Canada, European Union, Australia, & Japan. For all other countries, please contact us before placing an international order.
RETURN POLICYWe guarantee satisfaction and quality on all items purchased from Shiraz Jewels. Our jewelry leaves our facility in perfect condition after undergoing stringent quality assurances. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for replacement, exchange or full refund. We will accept the prompt return of any unused item in its original condition for the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned to us fully insured. When returning an item, please include a copy of the invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurances fees while returning an item. If your item was resized, there is a $20 resizing fee for all returned items. Please contact us if making a return or to report any problems. We can not guarantee refunds on custom orders, please contact us before ordering custom jewelry to determine our return policy.
