Early 1900's Blue & White Pieced Handstitched Unused Quilt

A nice hand quilted blue & white quilt from the early part of the 1900's. Color of blue is a medium shade. Back of the quilt is the same as the white on the top. Quilt is unused. Never laundered and under the thread I can detect the marking stitch lines. I have looked through several quilt books but have not determined the name of the pattern. Although it reminds me of a windmill pattern variant it probably is not. The overall size of the quilt is 88" x 90". It consist of 13 blue blocks and 12" white blocks. Each of the white blocks have a quilting design of scrolls & loops - possibly a flower pattern that covers most of the block. All blocks are 14" square. The border is 9" wide. Several patterns of quilting with the border quilting an interesting design. Most of the quilting is in a diamond shaped pattern. 8 stitches to the inch. Condition: quilt is unused & unwashed, however, there are some oxidation marks from storage. Looking at the first photo these marks appear in the upper left side. (or see photo 2) If the quilt was to be washed these marks would come out. No damage such as holes or tears. I always delight in finding quilts that have been unused & unwashed & thought this was a rather striking pattern. This item will be shipped FedEX. Please contact me if more information is needed.
