 This is an amazing antique  practice piano that comes to us from an estate sale. It is marked:
Virgil Perfected Practice Clavier
New York

It also has the following patent dates:
* June 29, 1888
* October 23, 1888
* July 19, 1892

We also found a partially torn label the reads:

Measures Approx. 51" x 18" x 20"
This is a local pick-up only auction. We are located just outside Utica, N.Y., thruway exit 30 or 31.

Condition:

The levers on the left and right work, as does the lever for setting the key resistance. As seen in our photos, there are evident surface scratches, and a broken leg (that looks repairable). The keys appear to be in exceptional condition.
