Antique/Vtg Oblong Copper Boiler Laundry Wash Tub/Lid

THIS AUCTION IS FOR A VINTAGE COPPER BOILER OR WASH TUB WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN USED TO HEAT JARS DURING THE CANNING SEASON AND MANY OTHER HOUSEHOLD CHORES. THE BOILER IS ALL COPPER  WITH STURDY WOOD HANDLES (both brackets holding the handles on have some missing rivets). IT HAS SOME DENTS, ESPECIALLY ON THE SIDES - LID LOOKS NICE. THERE ARE THREE SMALL HOLES IN THE CENTER OF THE BOTTOM. IT IS NOT RUSTY BECAUSE COPPER DOES NOT RUST - INTERIOR IS CLEAN. IT HAS NICE AGE PATINA OR IT COULD BE CLEANED UP IF YOU PREFER A SHINY SURFACE. MEASURES 24" BY 13" BY 13" TALL (EXCLUDING THE HANDLES) AND HOLDS 13 QUART JARS. LOCAL PICKUP ALLOWED. OVERALL IT DISPLAYS VERY WELL AND IT IS NICE TO HAVE A FITTING LID.

I will be using Fedex (NOT UPS) for shipping within Continental US (excluding Alaska) so will need a street address as Fedex does not ship to a PO Box.
