For sale is this antique Western Electric B1 telephone. Telephone is in as-found condition. Handset is Western Electric E-1. Cords are missing. Someone has clearly modified the internal aluminum mouthpiece element holder in the handset to accept a non-standard element (see close-up pictures below). Dial return spring is not working. Dial assembly is a Kellogg.
