We are offering a very unique item.. Came from a well cared older home in Allentown Pennsylvania.. The lady stated her mother used this unique wicker basket for displaying stemmed flowers on the streets in New York City in front of the flower shop.. Exact age and origin unknown but believe to be from the early part of the 1900s..

VERY GOOD CONDITION


Quality craftsmanship.. All original condition.. Unique form.. The center metal tipped cane is positioned in the original inside basket tray and is secured in the center hole in the bottom.. When the stemmed flowers were in the basket, the center cane was lifted splaying the flowers out for easy access.. Easy mobility with pinned wooden wheels..

  • CONDITION:: Overall very good.. All original untouched condition.. Weaving intact showing some very minor and appropriate chips from use.. Original wheels intact and functional.. Cane handle and center cane rod intact again showing some minor use wear.. See photos for condition and details..
