Rare Antique Dado Moulding /trim Furniture?

probably 1800's

maker unidentified

the following marks are on the plane:

BHW
IW

Scoop type blade
It measures 9 1/8" long
1 1/4" wide
3" tall, not including blade
about 6" tall including blade

blade is 1 1/8" wide & sharp!

Good condition, minor wear as shown, some chipping & cracks
