A late 19th century inlaid table top on a later tripod base.
In the style of New Zealand cabinet maker Anton Seuffert.
The top is very good condition and although the base is much later it matches in proportion and finish.
Size.Diameter of top 24 inches. Height 26 1/2 inches.
Condition. the top is very good. There are some dark stains which can be seen in the photographs.
I'm not sure what made these, otherwise no repairs or damage to the top. Original finish.
At some time it has been mounted on a later tripod base and the underneath of the top has been given a heavy black finish.

China and its occupation and repression of Tibet.
I have the utmost respect for the people of China and one of the great civilisations of human history.
However like many people around the world I think China’s treatment of the people of Tibet is barbaric.
As a result I will not accept any bids from China or its dependences. A small gesture I
know, but I encourage all other ebay users to follow suit until the end of this year.
