This book is in very good condition, from a smoke-free home.  The pages are clean and the binding is tight.  About 40 pages in the middle of the book are slightly wrinkled at the edges and dog-eared; some more than others.  The cover shows minimal wear and creasing.  The spine is not creased but has a minor crinkle.   The corners are just starting to curl. There is slight edge wear.
