This is a large photo on board of a store front.
It is identified on the back as follows
(some missing as it seems one side cut off? - we may be totally off with the translation but we are giving it a shot...)
"View of Smith & Walls store Eugene Oregon showing it as decorated on the occasion of the Grand Army Encampment of the state of Oregon. The red dot in the right-hand corner is a buckle or clasp from a Mr. Boucierce of Potsdam (now here) --- boy a ball standing by the side of Alter Lord when his watch struck which you know of the three guns in the window were --- through the war and The chest in the right hand window --- The old war chest of Merit K--tly of the 98th NY carried him in the war for 4 years. Mr K--tly lives here. E G S----."

Measures Approx. 9 1/2 x 7 1/2" on 14 x 10" board
Condition:
There is some foxing and discoloration on the board.
As mentioned in the discription, there is a red mark showing what one piece is in the window.
The bottom edge of the board was cut, as this is where the writing is missing on one side of the back.
