    TITLE: Anton Hansen Bloodstone and Claw- foot Bookmark

PUBLISHED DATE: 19th Century

Origin: Denmark

SIZE: 3.75 inches long

Metal: Brass with three claws, surrounding a .50 inch bloodstone marble. At first I thought one claw was missing at a closer look it is not. This is a rare find from Denmark in the 19th Century were Anton Hansen was a fine Jueler, at Nygade 7 , Kobenhavn. This bookmark has been stored in this for many years on a bed of cotton to keep it from being scratched or damaged.

The bloodstone marble is a solid off red and I personally do not see any scratches on it.

This is a one of a kind so do not be looking out the window on this one.
