Aponogeton capuronii has large, fluted leaves, making it a wonderful plant which can be recommended for large aquariums. It is relatively undemanding, and makes no special demands on water quality. It also flowers frequently, making it a beautiful addition to any large open aquarium. It stops growing at regular intervals, but normally starts again after a few weeks of dormancy.

Aponogeton capuronii closely resembles A. undulatus and many other Aponogetons. It has the typical tuber-like rhizome and long dark-green leaves with a ruffled edge. A. capuronii has a dormant period when they have to be removed from the aquarium for part of the year.

Note: Plant will be shipped without leaves. Leaves will regrow in 1 to 2 weeks in the tank.
