  Preferred Stock Certificate, issued April 28, 1941



This company was incorporated in Virginia in 1926, and had a large presence in Virginia and Tennessee. Beautiful certificate features a topless female and male flnking a detailed dynamo.

Condition: Vertical fold lines, punch hole cancels in the signature areas and body, pen markings, edge faults and toning from age.
