This is art glass. Mouth Blown, Hand Decorated by skillful craftsmen in Romania. These are all very delicate glass items in many pastel colors. Painted are apple blossoms. We sell other items in this set. Pedestal Covered Box, Ice Pail, Vase, Rose Bowl and Hurricane Lamp with shade. Some of the colors might look a slight bit lighter under other lighting conditions, than photographed.

This item stands 10 1/2 inches tall, about 8 inches at the widest part, 4 1/2 inch top lip, about a 2 1/2 inch opening at the very top inside.

We will gladly quote you a combined shipping price before you purchase, so you have no surprises after you purchase. Advance shipping quotes, save on non paid bidders and/or angry customers. We want you to know everything before you purchase, so you can decide from there. We do not like leaving non-payment strikes and negatives, it is not good to be on bad terms with anyone, ruins both of our day.
Shipping is usually charged by the shipping company according to how far we are from each other. We are on Long Island, NY (zip code 11561). If you are in California, you pay more shipping than someone in New Jersey for the same item. Size of the package and weight also factor into the shipping price. Then we have speed, Parcel Post vs Priority Mail or Express Mail. (UPS or USPS never asks us how much you pay for the item, they don't care. Item cost has no relevance to shipping price. It is the cost to get what you want to your home.)
If you purchase several items and pay for the items without us sending you a combined rate or combined invoice, we will refund the difference if combining the items cost you less. All shipping adjustment refunds are via the method of payment you use. Cash will never be sent by us. If you use PayPal we will issue refund via PayPal. No adjustment will be made till the time of item shipment to get a definite shipping cost.
Ebay's computer system does not usually combine our shipping correctly. This requires a human to do, not a computer program, due to the various sizes, weights and other variables of an item. Combination should be done manually, for fairest shipping cost.
All items must fit into our largest box(es). Usually 24x18x18, 28x18x18 or any other size close to mentioned. These are Oversize or Large rated boxes by UPS or USPS.
Very large items can not be combined (such as our large umbrella stand vases, other large vases, or anything that fills our largest boxes. We will use our discretion as to what is large, since we are actually looking at the items. We will gladly send you the measurements and weights as proof. You will see how true the information is when the item arrives.
If due to nature of the item, the item is very fragile, we may not be able to safely combine it with other items to ship.
Sometimes, it is cheaper to not combine the items into a large or oversize box, and we will ship in small separate packages. If it is more expensive to combine into one large box, will will not combine your shipping.
We will combine your shipping if it is cheaper to combine your shipping. Sometimes it costs a lot more when you a box is over a certain size and weight ratio, so cheaper to ship in smaller boxes. Shipping companies do not discount multiple boxes to one place.
We will, at your request, when shipping in large box tell you the weight of the items, the size of the items and direct you to either USPS (Post Office) web site or UPS website. They allow you to look up what we are charging you to ship the items. You will not see the cost of the packing, boxes, etc there. I will gladly tell you what we use for packing and send you the website where we buy our packing material (usually Uline company, their site is available on the web) so you can see what it costs us before we pay shipping. (We do not profit on the shipping, sometimes costs us more than it cost you.)
We will send you an invoice combining the items with the combined shipping price. If some items are combined and something is not combined, we will tell you and explain it all to you.
We will explain to you you why any shipping can not be combined.
We do not invent the shipping costs. Yes, shipping may not be that cheap, but neither is gas nor is labor the USPS or UPS has to pay, we only reflect our costs.
