* This item is in great condition with no major scratches on the screen
* There ARE scratches on the back caused by normal use but the ipod itself works like a charm
* Only the iPod is included in this sale, meaning you will not receive any headphones or charger (But i will ship you the iPod with a full battery for you)
* There is currently a bunch of music and movies on the iPod but it will be restored back to factory settings before i ship it
