Q: What is your return policy?
A: We provide a 60 day full return policy. The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Upon receipt of the return item we will provide a full refund or exchange your item with a like item.

A: Yes we can make any type of custom graphic or decal. Please contact us and we can create a new auction for a custom created decal / sticker that you desire. No job is too small or impossible, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payments:
To bid on our auctions, or purchase an item via buy it now, we require you to have a PayPal account.
We only accept Paypal payments. Payments must be received within 7 days from the auction end date. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in a non-paying bidder strike. Once the strike has been issued, the buyer agrees to forfeit the sale and the item will be relisted. Also, please make sure you have read the entire auction description and agree to complete the transaction before bidding.
Shipping:
UNITED STATES SHIPPING: We ship FREE via FedEx, USPS, and UPS with estimated delivery time between 2 to 4 business days. Tracking and Insurance (optional) is included in all pricing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer pays for International Shipping with estimated delivery time varying between 3 to 10 days. All of our international orders are insured and included in the shipping charges. International buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that may be encountered on your end. We ship the items as gifts (CN22).
PayPal payments received by 3:00pm Pacific Time during business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays, or after 3:00pm Pacific Time will ship the following business day.
It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address.
