Approximately10 months ago, I bought this Macbook Pro (new) in the factory box for $2000. The lady I bought it from on eBay told me she received it as a gift and did not need it because she already had another Macbook Pro.

I have a PC which I use most all of the time. I bought the Macbook Pro because I was curious and wanted to determine if I would like to use the Mac system instead of the PC system. Since I am a senior citizen (75) and my eyesight has become a problem, I have decided to stay with my PC. Learning to operate this new Macbook system efficiently is difficult for me due to my health and the fact that it is quite comprehensive. It is a great operating system as stated by the Consumers Guide.  Most of the 10 months after I bought the Macbook, it sat unused in a thick protective case.

This Macbook Pro is in "like new" condition and in excellent working order, just as it was when I purchased it 10 months ago. I can see about 3 very light marks on the top aluminum surface.  I had to put it under good light and hold it at an angle to see them. I am very finicky about my possessions and handle all of them with great care.

The warranty is in effect until August 29, 2008. Before the warranty expires, if you wish, you can purchase

an extended warranty from Apple. When you receive the computer, you need to contact Apple by email

and register your purchase to assume the warranty. They use the serial number for this purpose. You do not need a sales slip.

           I will include the "Apple Mouse" which can be used with the computer's bluetooth 

                                 Can you imagine an apple mouse with a blue tooth?

One other thing:  It's fast as greased lightening! Well , maybe it is not quite that fast! That would      be too slick!
