Payless Computer is a computer store.
Our staff will respond to questions regarding this auction via emails
during business hours only. Our store is open on Tuesdays to Saturdays
(12 noon - 6:00 PM) and are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please expect
some delays during our weekends.
The final price is the winning price plus the shipping
charge and sales tax (if applicable) as stated above. The Continental
US winner may check out and submit your payment after the auction
ends. Non-contiental US and international winner please confirm your
shipping address and we will send you invoice.
Highest bidder must remit your payment within 7 business
days after the auction closes or auction is considered void and availability
of product is not guaranteed. Payment PayPal will be processed in 3 business days after the payment is received.
Shipping Options and Insurance Issue
THE CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPMENTS: Most items are shipped via UPS Ground
with insurance. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Small items may go out
via USPS Priority Mail with optional insurance. Our shipping staff will
make the decision whether to ship via UPS or USPS.
ALASKA, HAWAII, GUAM AND PUERTO RICO SHIPMENTS: Most
items go with USPS Priority Mail with optional insurance. If you do not
see shipping cost to your state/country listed, please contact your seller
before bidding.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Most packages will be shipped
via either USPS Priority Mail International with insurance or Express
Mail International with insurance. You are responsible for customs/duty
charges on the merchandise.
Should you wish to upgrade your shipment or add any insurance
coverage, please contact us before bidding/paying for the item. We
hold no responsibility for any lost packages if you agree to have your
package shipped without insurance.
Feedback Policy
Due to the large volume of sales that we have on eBay. We have adopted
a feedback policy that seems to work for both our customers and us.
On a regular basis, we go through our feedback file and submit for
all of those who have filed feedback on us. This policy ensures that
everyone gets proper recognition and makes the process a bit smoother
for both parties. If you are satisfied with your transaction with
us, please leave your comment on our file and we will be sure to
reciprocate when we do our updates. Before posting negative feedback,
please contact us so we can work it out.
Refund/Replacement
All sales through Auction are final. We do not offer refunds, as this
is an auction. Any exceptions to this policy will be done case by
case; and are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping, handling
costs are non-refundable. Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling
of equipment. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported
within 2 days of receipt of shipment. All returned equipment must
be pre-approved by Payless Computer. Purchaser is responsible for
all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange
or warranty repairs. Please allow up to 7 business days for our technicians
to check out your returned item. If the returned product is found
NOT defective, we will return the original working part to you at
your expense for the return shipping costs. We no longer offer a
secured cross ship due to abuse. Any reports must be emails only.
Payless Computer will not be held liable for any incidental
or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this item
under any circumstances. Also, we will not be held responsible for
misprints or missing pictures.
