Company Policy

We only accept payment via PayPal with Paypal confirmed address.  Please send your payment within 3 days of completing checkout.

Paid orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the day of the week and the country we ship to. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.

If payments were send on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please expect longer processing time due to the Paypal maintenance and the office closedown on the weekends.

Return & Refund Policy:

• You can't return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item.
• All sales are final. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• We do not response for shipment lose or damage without insurance.
• Shipping and handling fee will not be refundable.
• Units returned defective will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.
• For replacement or return please ship with freight charges prepaid by the buyers.
• When you return items, please use the same shipping method as we ship to you. Make sure write on a piece of paper the eBay item number and the reason why you return it.
