There is nothing wrong with the phone, just a few nicks and scratches on the back, never dropped or used excessively. You are getting what you see in the photos, sorry no headphones attached. You are getting the original box, that I purchased as is final. This is a standard AT&T configuration NOT Jailbroken or Unlocked. You are getting a great phone for a great price. I am getting rid of the phone because work is giving me a Bberry so I do not need it anymore. Buy from a trusted seller. Good luck and enjoy.
