• All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must meet all conditions below.

• All returns must be completed with all original/retail packaging including all accompanied accessories.

• All returns must have RMA # clearly written on a separate note or the return envelope/box.

• Refund:

  • Products must be unopened and unused. No exception!

  • The original shipping and return costs will not be refunded and reimbursed under any circumstances.

• Replacement:

  • We will replace or give store credit for any manufacture defective/DOA products within our warranty.

• RC toys, hobbies, and electronic:

  • Products are guaranteed against Dead-On-Arrival only, please contact us no later than 24 hours from delivery time for exchange instruction.

  • Under very rare circumstances, if your product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • If possible, supporting photos of defective/damaged product will help us with the return process.

• We will not accept returns for: 

  • RC toys/hobbies/electronics products with cosmetic damages from crashing, improper usage/handling/installation.

  • Refund on opened/used/defective/DOA products, it can only be replaced/exchanged/store credit.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfection of craftsmanship.

  • Slight differ in actual product color and presented photos.

  • Updates/changes in design of product or packaging.

  • Some products with "no return" restriction stated under "description", usually used, opened, specialty, or customized products.

• Return shipping will be paid by: Buyer, *including defective/DOA products.

  • ***Exception: if we shipped you a wrong item by our mistake, we will be happy to reimburse your return shipping cost by our instructed method of shipping only.

• Replacement shipping will be paid by: Seller, *including defective/DOA products.

  • ***Exception 1: if you ordered an incorrect/wrong product, i.e. you bought a case for a 2nd Gen. iPod Nano and thought it will fit your 1st Gen. iPod Nano and it didn't fit, you will be required to pay shipping cost both way (to and from) for an exchange.

  • ***Exception 2: under any circumstances, if a package is marked "return to sender" and is noted by USPS relating to any addressing problem, you will be required to pay for re-shipping the item to the correct address.

• We will email you a total invoice after you make your purchases, however eBay checkout should also automatically give you a total in most cases.

• We required to collect 8.25% sales tax when shipping to addresses in Texas.

• Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.  Failure to do so will force us to file Unpaid Item Dispute to eBay and could result in an account suspension.

• Shipping address: Please make sure the correct shipping address is provided within your payment. We will not make any changes to it afterward.

• Combine shipping: For shipping discount on multiple items, you must complete all your purchases within 3 days and send only one payment for all items.

• PayPal e-Check payments required additional times for clearance before shipping. *See your payment transaction details for more info on clearance date.

Shipping service:

• Local pickups is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Combine shipping: We gives up to 50 - 75 % discount on shipping for each additional items.  You must complete all your purchases within 3 days and send only one payment for all items.*

• Order process:  We ships within 24 hours of cleared payment. *Except on Holidays and vacation.

• Shipping method: USPS for most items and UPSS for larger items.

• Packing method: We carefully packs and ships most small items in bubble padded envelopes and larger/fragile items in carton boxes.

• Packing protection:  We uses foam peanuts and other protective materials to protect your products from damages during shipping.  The addressing area (to and from) will always be protected with clear tapes to prevent potential water damages which may result in package lost/undeliverable problem.

• Shipping insurance:  We will do our best to protect the product in shipping, however in rare cases the product may get lost or damaged during shipping by the shipping carrier/company.  We highly recommended shipping insurance for your protection, it is cheap and it will save you the hassle in the long run.

• Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number:  We will email you shipping info as soon as it is available. Some shipping service such as 1st Class Mail international doesn't have tracking number.

• Note to International customers:

  • You are responsible for all duties, taxes, custom costs upon receipt of the item.

  • The duties, taxes, custom costs may range from 6%-25% of the cost of the item.

  • We do not mark any items as "gift" on customs form. It's against the law.

  • We do not ship to Russia, Italy, or South Africa, we reserved the rights to not ship to any other countries.
