International Shipping:

• Shipping to Canada is only $20. In addition to the US shipping center, I have a shipping location in Canada as well.  This ensures fast and duty free delivery to any Canadian because the iPhone will be shipped from within Canada.
• Duties are typically not charged, if any duties are due upon the item entering your country, the buyer is responsible for them.
• Customs delays are rare.  If they occur, the expected delivery time will have to be extended accordingly.
• Upon request, the declared value can be lowered and the item can be declared as a gift.
• No shipping to Nigeria, Indonesia, Macedonia, Vietnam, Thailand, Colombia , the Philippines or any other country deemed suspicious. Fraudulent buyers, don’t waste your time.

• Returns are rarely requested, as all items are described accurately. Returns are only accepted if the item somehow arrives damaged. The phone will have to either be picked up by the carrier or taken to a local shipping location, so an insurance claim can be filed. Once the carrier has confirmed possession of the item, another item will be shipped to you immediately.  If issued, refunds will be issued less shipping, both ways.

Important Note: Apple’s new version of iBoot requires that a software unlocked phone never be turned off or restarted.  Please also keep in mind not to use the UPDATE or Restore function in iTunes. Doing so will deactivate and lock your iPhone. The iPhone is already updated with the latest unlockable apple firmware (Version 3.1.2). Should the iPhone's firmware be updated it is possible that you will have to wait until the appropriate software becomes available to reunlock your iPhone.  Should the iPhone be restored or restarted, you will need to follow the instructions provided to reunlock your iPhone.
