 This phone is in great working condition! Cosmetically, it is in great shape! It has a few small marks on the edges from normal wear and from being in a case (see pictures). It has always been used in a case and with a screen protector and has been in a smoke-free, pet-free home. The current screen protector will stay on the phone. The case is included and fully functional, but the bottom has a small part that broke off. It will come with an additional Incipio screen protector and cloth. The original dock, power adapter and USB cable are included. The phone works great and we have had no issues with it. Battery life is great! The phone is completey reset and updated with the most up-to-date software version. The SIM card will not be included because I am putting it in my other phone.
